Preparation
Planning
We define the goals and the concept of the show
Venue Analysis
We survey the venue – ceiling height, obstructions, ventilation and lighting – and adapt the show to it
Agreement
We obtain venue permissions, agree and sign the contract, assign owners on both sides and lock the schedule for every stage
Concept
We agree on the music and the theme, then build the script and the storyboard: the sequence of images that tells the story of the performance

Production
Design
We create the graphics and program the flight paths to the storyboard, sync the flight with the music and configure the drones
On-Site Visit
We mark the take-off and landing zones, run a full rehearsal, adjust the flight where needed and check every safety and communication system
Safety
We brief the performers and the crew on safety and emergency procedures, and set up emergency stop systems and backup protocols

Pre-Flight Check
We run final checks on the drones and the control systems, and keep a constant link between the lead pilot, the technical crew and the event team

Can the show be performed over the audience?
We prefer to produce drone shows in collaboration with performers, where drones are an integral part of a pre-designed show. For safety reasons, we do not fly over the audience.
How many drones and what size venue are required for a show?
A single letter takes at least 10 drones. For other shapes, we base our calculations on the following guidelines:
• 2m × 6m, height 4m – 2D animation, 10 drones
• 3m × 6m, height 6m – 2D animation, 20 drones
• 9m × 9m, height 7m – 3D animation, 50 drones
• 15m × 15m, height 8m – 3D animation, 100 drones
Can drones carry additional equipment?
Indoor drones are designed solely for light shows and cannot carry additional payloads.
How much does an indoor drone show cost?
As a guide: about $150–200 (AED 550–730) per drone. The rate per drone goes down as the show gets larger, although flying a large number of drones indoors is harder, and the venue itself is often the deciding factor.
The final cost depends on the number of drones, the complexity of the performance, the number of shows and take-offs, the venue and the timing. Additional costs may include customs clearance, crew technical and hospitality riders and flight permits.
