Who we are
This website, dronico.aero, is operated by DRONICO UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE SERVICES L.L.C., registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“DRONICO”, “we”, “us”).
We design and deliver drone light shows, radio-controlled airships and custom aerial objects for events worldwide.

What we collect
When you contact us. Our enquiry forms ask for your name, email address, phone number and details of your event. You choose what to tell us; we only need enough to answer you and prepare a quote.
When you write to us directly. If you reach us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we keep that correspondence and the contact details it carries.
When you browse. Like most websites, ours records technical data automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time of visit and the page that referred you.
We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card numbers or passport and ID details through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To organise and deliver a show you have booked.
- To keep our own records of projects and correspondence.
- To understand which pages people find useful, so we can improve the site.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations in the United Arab Emirates.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Analytics and advertising tools
This site uses:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics – to measure traffic and see which pages are read. Google’s privacy policy.
- Meta Pixel – to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. Meta’s privacy policy.
These tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working, but some measurements will stop.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence: for as long as we are in contact with you about a project, and afterwards for as long as we may need the record, normally up to five years. Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the services above, normally up to 26 months. Accounting records: for the period required by UAE law.
Who else sees it
Only those who need to:
- our team;
- service providers who run this website, our email and our CRM system;
- the analytics and advertising providers named above;
- authorities and regulators, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers operate outside the United Arab Emirates, which means your data may be processed in other countries. We use providers who commit to protecting it to a comparable standard.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop using it for marketing.

If you are in the United Arab Emirates, your rights come from Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, they come from the GDPR.
Children
This website is meant for business enquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
