Mercedes-Benz drone show, 2025

DRONICO staged a drone show over the Bosphorus in Istanbul, near the Martyrs’ Bridge, as part of an advertising campaign for Mercedes-Benz.

Hundreds of drones formed the brand’s logo and silhouettes above the strait, with the flight programme built around the scale of the location.

Istanbul, the Bosphorus, the Martyrs’ Bridge. In this historic landscape the branding came to life as light figures that speak to the city and its vast audience, with the scale and rhythm of the space part of the performance.

Sky-high branding against historical architecture creates an image that is both technological and organic, where every shape interacts with the city rather than against it.
